We provide accurate, timely payroll processing through ADP. Caregivers have secure access to their pay information and self-service tools. Employees can log in via ADP Self-Service Portal where they can:
View pay stubs and year-to-date earnings
Access W-2 tax statements and payroll documents
Update federal tax information (W-4) and direct deposit details
Manage contact details and other personal information
For convenient on-the-go access, caregivers can download the ADP Mobile Solutions app to view pay & tax information, check stubs, and manage payroll-related details from their mobile devices.

As of September 1, 2024, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) requires all caregivers to use an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system to document in-home and community-based services. This ensures accurate service documentation and compliance with DHS Regulations.
To meet this requirement, Midway Home Health Care uses the Caretap EVV App, which is compatible with smartphones and tablets.
Through the Caretap EVV system, caregivers can:
Record time entries in real-time
Document services provided
Ensure compliance with Minnesota DHS EVV requirements
Submit verified electronic timesheets
Caregivers must download the Caretap app to record real-time entries, view time log information, and submit timesheets from their mobile devices.
